Describing, the cement production. Initially, powder has been formed by using limestone and Clay and then it is transferred into mixture. By moving further, the power is supplied to Rotating heater which is rotated in clockwise direction and Heat is gave from outside to rotating heater. Nextly, grinder is used to grind the Powder and formed it into cement then cement has been a poured into the back bags.
Analyzing, the concrete production used for building. Firstly, concrete is formed by adding 10% of water and 15% cement. By following these, 25% sand and 50% gravel is mixed up with water and cement then it is filled into concrete mixer which is rotated in clockwise direction. Besides, 50% of gravel is used as small stones.
Overall, it is an acyclic process and complex process and also it has 8 steps to make cement, while concrete is formed by cement, water, sand, gravel and concrete mixer.
