The bar chart gives information about the proportion of enterprises with three different sort of sizes employing a wide range of social media for their own operating purposes from 2012 t0 2016.
Overall, apart from figures for big businesses, others showed upward trend in the amount of companies using social networks over the given period. furthermore, the percentage of large companies employing social media presence outnumbered comparing to other ones.
It can be noticeable from the graph, in 2012, only nearly 27% of small companies used social networking sites serving for their own operation. The figure experienced steadily an increase reaching approximately 35% in 2014. Although there was a relative decline in the usage of social media in modest enterprises in 2015 by 5%, the figure could climb incredible up to 50% the percentage those using social networks. With respect to medium business, also in 2012, there was just a little over 30%, however, it was witnessed a significant growth up to 52% in the utilizing of social media presence in 2016, in spite of a slight drop in 2015.
With regard to large enterprises, at the beginning, the amount of those in employing sorts of social media dominated in all over aforementioned ones with nearly 80%. There was relatively stable in the proportion of usage in large businesses around in the given spans. Like other enterprises, also large ones showed a similar decline trend in 2015 with a little over 50%.
