The line graph illustrates the consumption of fish, chicken, beef and Lamp in terms of gram per person per week in European country between the year 1994 and 2004.

Overall, the consumption of Lamb and Beef shows a downward trend while on the other hand, Chicken demands jumped significantly.

In 1979, Lamb and Chicken consumption was nearly similar at 150 grams per person per week. Moreover, demand of Lamb keep on declining and in 1994 it went up to 75 grams and in 2004 it reached almost 60 grams per person. On the contrary, citizens starts eating more chicken and hence in 1994 it went close to 225 grams. Thus, by the year 2004 it climbed roughly about 250 grams.

However, Fish sales showed slight variations with slight downfall of about 5 grams which is from 55 to 49 grams per person over the whole period, from 1979 to 2004 respectively. Last but not least, Beef consumption fall significantly from 220 grams in 1979 to 110 grams in 2004.
