Dear Eva,
I hope you and your family is doing well. I was eagerly waiting to watch a fantastic movie with you, however, I have to say sorry this time as I will not be able to come along with you. Let me explain you the reason.
To begin with, I received a message from my esteemed organization that there will a sudden audit tomorrow to review my balance sheet. As you are aware that I am into finance department so cannot escape from the situation as it’s a mandatory. Also, I am the head of the team so has to brief everything to compliance team.
As for the movie, I am not going to spoil your plan so I have a terrific idea that you can go with my best friend Sheela, whom you met last weekend on coffee with me. She is fun loving and jovial in nature. Besides, she gets gel up with people easily. I am sure you will not get boredom in her company.
I am sorry again for not able to join you on this movie, but I will make sure that next month we will see amazing film together.
Best regards,
Urvashi
