The table illustrates the weekly wages of men and women on average who working in five different jobs in 2015. Overall, it is clear that men received more salaries than women in all five occupations. Both genders were paid the highest amount of money in the professional field while those who do manual work were paid the lowest among these five professions.
In 2015, professionals got the greatest amount of wages, with $2000 for men and a bit lower for women, at $1900. An opposite trend was seen in the manual laborers' category, who earned almost half of those who had professional skills, at $1100 for male workers and $850 for female workers.
Services and administrative/clerical male staffs received the same amount of salaries, at $1300. However, women employees were paid less than men, which is $950 and $1000 respectively. Male technicians were the second-highest amount of money paid on weekly basis, at $1400, and the third-highest for women, at $900.
