The chart gives information about the proportion of Internet access from 4 different places between 1998 and 2004.
Looking from an over perspective, the home was the primary source for Internet access that holding more than half of the total throughout the time frame.
As the chart portrays, the proportion of college remained relatively constant around 20% till 2002 when it showed an initial drop by 2-3 %. Meanwhile, approximately 53% of Internet access was from home, in the next three years, this proportion declined moderately to 45% before followed a significant rise to overtaking the original level.
On the other hand, from 1998 to 2002, the user accessing the Internet at work contributed to nearly 28% initially, where it started to hover around that percentage. Subsequently, a numerous sink to 12% was witnessed in the figure of work in 2004. In addition, the library's proportion, which occupied one to ten of the total subscribers in 1998, followed by an upward fluctuation and final touched the level of 12%.
