Dear …….. ,
Dear Sir
I am writing this letter with regards to the conversation we had last week on the flight. My name is Niharika, I hope you will recognize me.
We boarded 6ABC76 plane on 27 October last Wednesday, which was from Bangalore to Delhi. I was sitting next to your seat. I remember you discussed about how you started a restaurant and how it became a popular chain of restaurants in city. We had a long conversation about this and during it I informed you I am looking for a job opportunity.
In your knowledge there was some openings in one of your restaurants. I would like to share that I have 6 years of experience in management and human resource, which makes me suitable candidate for managerial roles. I am flexible with shifts as well as I have worked in a Hotel in Delhi for 3 years and in a Club for 3 more.
I believe, my experience can support me in all kind of managerial roles you have currently available at your restaurant. As I have worked mostly in North region, I would be eagerly interested in exploring work culture of Bangalore as well. As I have no family constraints, I am willing to relocate as well.
I would be expecting a positive response from you on this. I would like to hold this opportunity to work with such a hard working person.
Thanks and Regards
Niharika
