Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain that Agribank has mistakenly deducted someone's electricity bill from my account. I received a note of Agribank in my message at 10 a.m. yesterday, and I must say that it was the worst experience at this bank I have ever had. First, I had to go to the power company to confirm the amount I had to pay for the October 2021 electricity bill. Next, I came to Agribank and asked the staff here, but she didn't solve my issue, and she told me to go to the city bank to settle it. After I got there, they told me to go back to the old place to clear the problem. I ended up going and coming back to Agribank three times. The wait and no resolution of Agribank when I showed them the electricity bill payment to prove they had deducted the wrong amount in my account disappointed me, and I had to leave. Can you have your department check my October electric bill? I would appreciate your looking into this. I'd be grateful if you could send a replacement and refund to my account and address.
