The bar chart indicates the proportion of using multimedia for trade purposes divided by small, medium and large business from 2012 to 2016. From the chart, it is obvious that there are two basic general trends: upward and downward. Overall, large business shares the highest proportion in the period of 5 years.
Looking at details, in the first three years, the proportion occupied by both small and medium business experienced a remarkable growth by nearly 10 percent and 17 percent respectively. In 2015, the proportion of both small and medium business underwent a moderate drop then shared the same ratio of using social media at 30 percent. A year later, there was a recovery to around 50% in 2016 for both.
Conversely, the percentage formed by large business declined marginally from 78 percent to nearly 76 percent in the first three years. However, it still made up the highest rate of using multimedia, proved by the fact that from 2012 to 2016, the rate always stood at just under 80 percent, except for 2015 when the rate fell by nearly 25 percent to mark a low at just over 50 percent.
