Dear Sir,
I am writing to request an urgent translation of my graduation certificates.
I am Bina, and I am applying for a post graduation degree at Melbourne University, Australia. The university wants English transcripts of my final year passing degree. Since all my credentials are in Hindi, they are not accepting my application until they receive translated copies in English.
There are total 3 documents. The first two are mark sheets that mentions all my marks and subjects I have studies and the last one is my passing certificate mentioning that I have successfully completed my graduation degree.
I received this request letter from Melbourne University just yesturday, and they have given me only one week time. If I do not submit the required documents, they will reject my application and I will have to apply again in the next intake which is next year. Therefore, I request you to kindly provide the translated copies at the earliest, so my whole year is not wasted.
Thank you for your consideration.
Your faithfully,
Bina
