The picture illustrates the process of producing ethanol oil from grain.
Overall, the manufacturing process of ethanol oil to feed market consists of 8 main stages starting with grain storage and ending with dry distiller grain. Also, there are 7 main steps in the production of ethanol oil to the fuel market.
Looking at the ethanol oil production process in detail, after being stored in the storage, the grain is put in the milling. The resulting grain is then cooked and put in a liquefaction machine to make it a liquid. Next, the liquid is passed into the fermentation to make chemical changes.
At the sixth stage in the process, the liquid is passed through the distillation and becomes solids or fuel ethanol. If it turns into fuel ethanol, it is stored in tanks and delivered to fuel market. Otherwise, the resulting solids (wet distiller grain) is put into a dryer so that the water is removed leaving the dry distillers grain for feed market.
