The pie chart indicates the occupation of electricity procession materials in four countries, including India, Sweden, Morocco and Vietnam over the six-year period, from 2003 to 2008. Overall, the proportion of hydropower in Morocco, fossil fuel in India and nuclear power in Sweden dominated the consumption of these sources in other countries.
Initially, Vietnam showed preferences in using hydro and fossil power, and it seemed that fossil fuel accounted for major of Vietnam electricity component, around 56%, however, it was less than India’s quantity, which was approximately 82%. Meanwhile, Sweden and Morocco both witnessed a minor proportion of fossil fuel, less than one-twentieth.
India and Sweden were the only two countries that consumed nuclear power as a material of electricity procession among four nations, 4% and 44% respectively. At the same time, hydropower experienced the highest figure in Morocco, occupied for about 95%, followed by Sweden with more than a half of the ratio, and this source was also the rest sole of electricity supply in Vietnam, contributing to 44% of the entire quantity.
