You recently traveled on the local bus service in your town. You think the driver drove badly and was rude to the passengers. Write a letter to the manager of the local bus service. In your letter
introduce yourself and say when the incident happened
describe what you saw and heard
say what you would like the bus company to do about it
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to share my concern from a recent experience on the local bus.
I am a resident of Brampton and I use your local bus service every day for my office commute. For my onward journey, I take bus number 9A at 8:51 AM from Wanless & Mississauga Rd. to downtown Toronto. And I take bus 9B for the return at 5:45 PM.
Earlier this week, on Tuesday, I had some early work at the office and I decided to take the earlier 9A bus at 8:05 AM from my regular stop. However, that turned out to be one of the worst mornings for me and also for the other passengers. The driver drove the bus very badly, he was speeding, cutting lanes, and even jumping signals. The passengers were really scared. When one of the passengers requested to slow down, the drive started using abusive language.
I am not sure if this is his daily behavior or something was wrong that day. However, I believe such rude behavior with the passengers is not acceptable. The bus drivers are expected to be polite and courteous. Also, bad driving concerns the safety of travelers.
I would request you to take necessary action against this driver and help ensure that this behavior is not repeated. Looking forward to the resolution of this complaint, please.
Yours faithfully,
Umang.
