Overall, it is evident that corn undergoes a series of processes to produce ethanol fuel.
In the first step, the company imports corns and keeps them in the storage. After that, corns continue moving to grinder before being mixed with water and cooked in four hours in the next step. Fermentation of cooked corn mixture takes place in 48 hours, then they are separated into two forms, which are called liquid and solid. The purifying ethanol fuel is created in 5 hours of processing. After finishing the manufacturing process, workers store the ethanol fuel before transporting it to the product distribution system.
