Advice on how to relieve stress
If you’re so stressed, here are some of my advices. Firstly, sweet things like: chocolate, candy, smoothie… have great effect on relieving stress due to the amount of sugar in them that help decreasing stress hormone. So whenever you feel stressful, eat a candy or drink a glass of milk and you will be a lot better. The second tip of mine to relive stress is walking. While walking, you can enjoy the ambience as well as the activities of people around you and that’s how it distract you from stress. Another way is to clean your room, your house or your office. Cleaning is actually the most effective way for me because I can do it in my own house and it not only help you relieve stress but also make your place looks less like a mess. From these three advices, I hope that they can help you balance your fellings and of course feel less stressed.
