Given are the four charts providing detailed information about the ages of population in Yemen and Italy over the span of 50 years from 2000 to 2050.
According to the first chart, it is clear that, more than half of the people (50.1%) are between the age group of 0-14. This is followed by the people who are between 15-59 years which accounts for 46.3 % and the people who are over 60 have the lowest percentage (3.6 %). During 50 years, people between 15-59 years increases by 11 % and reaches 57.3 % in 2050, whereas 0-14 years old people drops to 37.0% and those who are over 60 have the lowest percentage with 5.7 %.
Referring to the chart of Italy it is obvious that, people who are between 15-59 years old are the dominant category both in 2000 and 2050, 61.6 and 46.2 % respectively. Those who are over 60 come next with 24.1 % in 200 and 42.3 in 2050 and people of 0-14 years old group show the lowest percent with 14.3% in n2000, which drops even lower to 11.5 % in 2050.
In conclusion, people of 15-59 years old group remains dominant category in both categories with rare exception in Yemen in 2000 which is a bit lower than those who are between 0-14 years old.
