The given flow chart depicts the process of recruitment to supply human resources for an enterprise.
Overall, it can be seen that there are eight essential steps, beginning with draw up a list of requirements and ending up by offering jobs for successful applicant.
Initially, a list of requirements is drawn up, then upload it to the internet. Following this, available applications is downloaded by the candidates. Before being assessed by the Human resources recruitors, applicant must fill in the form completely and submit them to the company. After that, applicants who fulfil company's condition will be invited to the interview while others who is rejected will receive an email from recruitors.
In the next step, an interview is organised and afterward the enterprise will select successful applicants and runner-up whereas candidates who are eliminated obtain an email. In the final stage, people who conquer the recruitor in the previous interview will be offred an opportunity to take a job.
