The graph below show the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The graph give information about the number of enquiries sent to the Tourist Information Office in a particular city through three means of communication between January and June of the year 2011.
According to the chart, during the period in 2011 the number of inquiries in January to June dramatically increased, while letter and email saw a significant decline. However, we can see clear more if we look at the specific figures.
Look at the line graph in January 2012, the Tourist Information Office received 900 and by letter and email approximately 800 enquiries. Meanwhile, the person enquiries about 400. During the following quarter, telephonic enquiries about 1600 and highest second after made by person.
From March to June, the number of enquiries received about 609 and 800 made by person and by letter. Meanwhile, made by letter had the significantly decreased when from 800 to 400 enquiries in January to Jun.By contrast, the number of enquiries made by person and telephone were highest among three areas ( 1900 and 1600)
All in all, there are a wide differences in enquiries received by Tourists Information Office between three areas which illustrated in this chart. These differences may be result of the number of areas required in a certain country.
