The charts above display the number of reasons that people give for choosing items by online or in-store. Interestingly though, it is measured in percentage. At first glance, it was evident that the highest motive is for saving the time that they have through online shopping while the direct shopping was needed because they could touch the item.
Moving to a more detailed analysis concerning to online’s data. The upper number was reached by people having arguments for avoiding queues and saving times, it was around 31%-34%. Then, the consumers wanting shopping in every single day gained more than a fifth while to get greater variety was the lowest percentage, surely over one in ten.
Turning to the in-store’s diagram, the biggest number was 40% involving the buyer who was likely to touch the item before purchase it whereas could talk with a salesperson gained 5% lower than the dominant amount. Next, greater variety achieved 17% whilst the citizens that did not want to spend their money for delivery cost were counted approximately a half from it.
