Letter to the flight manager
Dear Sir or madam,
I am writing to you to explain a situation that happened during my last flight journey. I was travelling from Bangalore to Singapore in your airlines on 28th May 2023.
During the journey, we were offered some sandwiches and cool drinks. so, I requested the flight attendant to serve healthy food for my 1.5 years old son as he is not used to junk food, although, the attended rejected my request as well as she insisted that only the food served by them will be the last and final and there will not be any changes in the menu.
I suggest, you to modify the menu based on the customer’s request. As everyone cannot eat the same dishes which you offer. I recommend you add a small portion to the menu for babies and toddlers like milk, bread, fruits, egg etc. which will be of a great use for customers like us. I believe that you will consider my request and I hope to see the changes during my next flight.
