The charts below show what UK graduate and postgraduate students who did not go into full-time work did after leaving college in 2008
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The given bar charts depict four subsequent paths excluding full-time work taken by graduate and postgraduate students after completing their study college in UK.
Overall, it is evident that the majority of students choose to apply for higher education rather than do voluntary works. In addition, it is also noticable that there was a huge gap between the amount of graduate and postgraduate learners in their employment status, aside from people who worked full-time in 2008.
Upon closer analysis, with only 3500 pupils spent time doing voluntary work after obtaining a bachelorr's degree, this figure was even lower for postgraduates with only 345. It was apparent that the amount of learners who engaged in advanced studies were exceptionaly high, reaching a peak of 29665. Compare to postgraduate ones, it appearred that there was only a total of 2,725 continue their education. Another noteworthy feature is that finding a part-time job after graduation is also seen as appealling to students, ranking second in the trend with 17735 for graduates and 2535 for after graduated pupils.
