Overall, the preparation of smoked fish consisted of three main stages such as catching, making, and delivering them.
Firstly, fish are cough in fishing net then they are brought by boat to port to be loaded. Afterwards they are frozen in order not to be spoilt.Secondly, before chopping and cleaning fish they are left in pure water to be melt.After the slices are put in salty and yellow colored water, the smoking process is done.Next, the products are packaged in and frozen at 0 C°.Finally, they are ready to be shared with fish shop tb be sold.
