The graph below shows the production levels of the main kinds of fuel in the UK between 1981 and 2000.
The given diagram depicts the prouction levels of the primary types of fuel including petroleum, natural gas and coal in America in the period of 19 years from 1981 and 2000.
Overall, petroleum was manufactured with the highest quantity, which was opposed to the natural gas. It was noticeable that the coal took place of the natural gas throughout the years.
Among these three kinds of fuels, petroleum was consistently produced with the highest quantity. Its figure began at about 95 tons, which witnessed an upward and rose to 140 tons in the next 5 years and declined substantially to roughly 100 tons in 1991. From 1991 onward, the figures started to rebound and finally reached a peak at about 140 tons in 2000.
The remaining fuels including coal and natural gas started at 80 tons and 40 tons correspondingly in 1981.
The production ouput of coal fluctuated from 40 tons to about 42 tons until 1991, which saw a constant impressive growth to about 102 tons in the final years. Meanwhile, the figure for manufactured coal observed a downward trend, it dipped to approximately 39 tons and rose again to 60 tons in 1986. From 1986 onward, the figure decreased significantly and finally reached a bottom at about 38 tons in 2000.
