Overall. The process includes six key stages, beginning with collecting used aluminum cans and culminating in reusing aluminum cans for the consumption of people’s need.
The first step involves the used cans being sorted and collected. These cans subsequently undergoes being cleaned, schredded and compressed by a specific machine. After that the cans is then heated by a specific machine with fire in oder to recycle it easier.
After this phase is completed the cans proceed to rolling stage which it is then rolled with the length of 2-5mm or 6mm thick. Once the cars undergo a recycling stage to become a brand new aluminum cans, which can be used on purpose. The final product is distributed for people’s need and the production occupied about 74% recycled in UK
