Write a letter to the planning department. In your letter –
Say why are you writing
Give reasons for you objections
Explain what you think would be a better alternative
Respected sir,
My name is name is David john. I am living in Chandigarh from last couple of decades. I am writing this letter in connection with planning which your organisation had prepared for the welfare of my city. Please, allow me to elaborate more.
Firstly, yesterday, I read in the newspaper that the department have planned to make our local airport to bigger aerodrome. It will be create enormous grievances for common person that’s why i do not want the implementation of such planning in my hometown. For instance, the pollution such as air pollution and sound pollution will be enhanced to great extent which pose a malignant threat to people’s health. Additionally, if the new international flights will be started here than it is apparently the people of my city will face another problem that is traffic congestion.
Laconically, it seems to me that it would be better choice if the planning department could construct a new international airport which should be far away from this city. Besides it, there is no need to spend massive amount of wealth just due to the development for older airport.
Given the situation, I would greatly appreciate if u could pay attention on this matter.
Yours Sincerely,
David john
