147-SCHOOL HAS RECEIVED A GIFT OF MONEY!

Any school is always in need of money. That's why it is very important that people that are responsible for the school's money to take wise decisions regarding the way they spend the school's money.If my school would receive a gift of money I think that they should buy more math textbooks.In the following paragraphs I will give some arguments that will support my opinion.

First of all, the textbooks are a very good investment for the school because it can be used every year as long as the curriculum is not change.In today's hi-tech world some people might say that we don't need books anymore because we can find everything online. I don't agree with that opinion at all, specially for studying math.The best way to be successful in math is to exercise and using a textbook is the best way to do it. For instance, my husband is a math teacher and he told me that as long as their students are willing to do the work they will be successful to the final exam and he is very pleased that the school bought textbooks for his students.

Second of all using the textbook in class is not only a very good way for the students to exercise but also is a professional method for teachers to make his students do the work that they need to do in classroom.

Last but not at least,I would say that any school should invest more in the resources for the most important subjects like Math, English and Science.Being one of the important subjects in the student's education I believe that using this money for Math department is a very good thing.I strongly believe that the subjects above mention are the foundation for any students that wishes to get a college degree. This is the best reason for each school should stop spending so much money on sport and use the money that they receive as gifts more wisely.

To conclude I would say that as it can be seen in the above arguments buying math workbooks is not only a good investment for the school, for the students and for the teachers but it is also a good way to prepare the student for college.
