People nowadays are becoming more concern about their work and outcomes in their offices due to which demand of skilled workers has increased rapidly. This essay will discuss the both aspects of candidates that either they should be more qualified or they should be humble and cooperative.
Firstly, there are several arguments in favor of my stance, that people are encouraging more skilled and cooperative workers in their offices, rather than arrogant and ill-mannered people. Moreover, working in friendly environment is more productive as research has shown in many countries like Pakistan, America and Austria. Furthermore, candidate's ability to work with others surely help to grow the company's performance. Hence, more people are in favor to recruit new staff having friendly nature and loving personality with others.
On the other hand, many people argue that academic qualification is more important than personality or ability to work collectively with other workers. People having good knowledge have more strong communication skills that is why education plays a crucial rule in selecting a new staff in any company. In many developed countries education is considered as key of securing a good position in any office or work place.
To conclude, from my opinion, people have their own perspective in selecting or hiring new staff, but the thing that have utmost importance is education and we can never ignore instincts of good behavior and positive attitude of candidates towards working environment.
