The given diagram illustrates about the two stages and the equipment used in the production of cement and also producing concrete by using of cement for the purpose of constructing buildings.
This is a man made process. It has two stages for making cement and concrete. Limestone and clay are the two materials used for cement production. The collected cement is used to generate concrete.
Firstly, limestone and clay are put on the crusher and then it crushes them into powder. For the next stage powder is sent to
the mixer. After that it goes to rotating heater meanwhile the heat is applied to it. Secondly, the obtained substance is grinded in grinder and becomes cement. This cement is packed in the bags.
In the final stage, the 15% of cement and 10% of water as well as 25% of sand and gravel with 50% are added to concrete mixer. Gravel are the small stones which is a part of producing concrete. All the mentioned substances are mixing in the concrete mixer. Once the mixer is finished the concrete is ready for constucting buildings.
