The given diagram shows the process of making water clock.
The given diagramatic representation illustrates the process of making water clock. It is clear and coherent representation.
It can be seen that the water colck is made using some equipments such as; two plastic bottles, stand, tape, glue, straw, tap for water.
Firstly, two bottles are attached with the stand. The first one is fixed with the help of tape above the other whose head is cut off. Two hole are pierced in the bottle fixed with tape, first at the bottom so that water can fall in the form of drops in another bottle whereas, second hole is made near the neck of bottle which is attached with straw so that excess water can drain out. The second bottle is marked with marker to note the level of water. Hence, this appratus is kept under runing tap to fill the first bottle by covering the bottom hole with finger. Once the bottle is filled with water, finger is removed and water starts flowing in the form of drops in the bottle kept below.
Overall, this appratus is used to note the time with the help of water therefore, it is known as water clock.
