It is clearly seen from the all pie charts, that Higher education have been supported the most, in contrast to Other sector when percentage of the money spent was the lowest.

Higher education was over three decades in 1980, 1990 and 2000 supported by local authorities in Someland more than any other sector, 35, 45 and 40 per cent respectively. Second most financially empowered sector in Someland was K-12 education where numbers were average 21 per cent.

However, Transportation have been extremely affected in 1990, when local government invested 10 per cent less than ten years before. Nevertheless, the lowest investment into the transport in 1990, in 2000 percentage of money spent raised to 22 per cent. health and human resources, environmental resources and other have not represent major changes in showed period.
