The table below gives information about changes in modes of travel in England between 1985 and 2000.
Table show the date of an investigation on an Average distant moved on 8 different type of transportation mode and total, in England during 1985 to 2000. Most factor of variable had been raised so that on the whole distance exposed to increasing too. Walking, Bicycle and Local bus had been increased since 1985 to 2000 while Car, Long distant Bus, Train, Taxi and other type had been decreased in the same interval. In other view totally movement for this 15 years grown from 4740 to 6475 mile.
For both years, Car had the maximum mode and the most amount of growing belong to it too. Although in 1985 taxi had the least distance, in 2000 bicycle was at the bottom of the list. The highest and lowest percentage change happened for taxi and local bus respectively. In 1985 local bus and other type was in top factor of transition in order after 15 years train using was become as one of the important mode.
