You are going on a short training course at a collage in Greenmount, Northern Ireland. You need somewhere to live while you are there.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter,
explain your situation
describe the accommodation you require
say when you will need it
Dear Matthew,
I am writing to you to avail an accommodation facility in Greenmount City, Northern Ireland. Actually, I had applied for the quarterly course over there in Standford University and had been selected. Thus, I will pursue my further studies over there and I will migrate there for some duration.
Moreover, I received the confirmation from the University last week and the courses will start soon in two weeks. To add more, I am busy with other stuff as I have to packoff from here. Therefore, I would like to request you to find a good living amenity in the mentioned city.
Secondly, the place should be nearby from my campus and should not be much costly. I would like to live solely without any sharing or roommate. The home should have good ventilation facility with wonderful ambiance. I would like to have basic equipment such as a bed, wardrobe, and study table. I hope you can get some through your references or contact.
At last, My flight will depart next week on 5th of August and I will reach my destination on 6th of August. So, I will need the stayover on 6th Noon. I will keep in touch with you to have regular updates.
Waiting for your response,
Thanks
