You have a suggestion for a park nearby where you live. Write a
letter to your city’s council. In your letter include:
what your suggestion is
why you think this suggestion will improve the park
when you would like to see this suggestion in action
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a resident of Sunnyvale city, which is under the juristiction of your council. I live near the Saratoga park and had some suggestion to improve the park. Please allow me to elaborate.
Although the saratoga park has all the modern day amenities for a park, there are some basic necessities which are missing in the park area. Firstly, the park area does not have separate restroom areas for boys and girls which causes awkwardness among people. Having 2 separate bathrooms would reduce the waiting time and also awkwardness among park visitors. Secondly, there very few garbage bins around the park area.Hence people tend to litter around the park, instead of disposing their garbage in the respective bins. Adding more garbage bins would reduce the trash in the park and help to keep it clean. Lastly, I would like to suggest the appointment of a security guard at the gate to increase the safety around the park area. This will make people feel more secure.
I hope you review my requests and try to prioritize these requests before the start of the summer season. This will allow children and adults of this wonderful city have a more secure and pleasant experience during their holiday season.
Yours Sincerely,
Nitin
