Dear Alex,
It was a phenomenal weekend at your home and kept multiple unforgettable memories. Those 2 days simply flew away. Thanks for all those fruitful and lovely memories. I am writing this letter to inform you that when I reached home I realized that by mistakenly I forgot my white coat at your house.
The coat looks like a professional one and has a few black shades on the left side of it. In best of my knowledge, when we're playing Pictionary on Sunday's evening, your sister has kept that in the almirah in the dining room. The coat contains some critical documents. For instance, my bank account details and passport.
Tomorrow, when I leave the home for the office I will certainly pass the Brook Street which is not very far from your home as well. If it's plausible and viable for you to be there at 9 am would be really appreciated as I need to hand these document today itself for the verification purposes in my office. If in case, I fail to submit the documents today then I need to go over the destination place and submit it by myself.
Hope you can understand the criticalities and urgency of these documents.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Alexy
