Dear Sir,
These days I'm attending the IELTS lessons at your academy. I have registered for the weekday intensive training class, as I want to complete the lessons quickly and sit for the exam.
Event though, the lessons are very attractive and interesting, I fund some difficulties on following them. Out from the four modules, I found the listening module is more difficult, the reason being is that, I have a hearing problem. Hence it is bit difficult for me to gather all the words, therefore, it is difficult for me to get the meaning of the sentences spoken in the dialogues. Also, the sounds of the air conditioning machine are disturbing too. Normally the background noise distracts me a lot. Because of this I'm worried that during the exam also whether this will be a problem for me.
I'm going to see a doctor as soon as possible and will get hearing aids for my health problem. However, I would like to know whether during the exam, are we given headphones for the listening test. Also, would like to know what are your suggestions on this regard for me to overcome this background noise problem and how to concentrate on the listening section's dialogues.
