to begin with, every educator may have a hearted appetite for his profession including teaching as well as students.From a teaching perspective, these dedicated teachers can devote all their time in disseminating knowledge, stay up late to prepare lessons for instance. Furthermore, because of immaturity disobedience or even stubborness of students, the teacher has to learn how to handle the students troubles in a gentle and affectionate ways.In other words,they ought to become tolerant of misbehavior and know how to keep calm under the circumstances so as to give juniors some advice when they are in predicament or help them distinguish the right from the wrong.
in addition, patience is a trait every teacher should possess. spending a single day in the room full of rebellious teenager can set any human being insane, therefore, each mentor had better keep his composure. They have to be patient with students who are trying to get lessons and stay calm with those individuals whose lack of disciplines, immaturity or indolence interrupts the work of other students. furthermore, because of the difference of students intellectual capacities, there will be a few students fall behind the others in some field.Therefore a good teacher will possess this understanding as well as be willing to take the time to reach those students don't display strong attitudes in certain subjects.Last but not least, a great teacher is a person that are able to inspire his or her students to work harder and pursue a particular goal. the educator ought to strive to spark motivation in all students via every aspect of their students'lives., the lessons or the talkings, for example, to help them accomplish amazing things and fulfil their potential.
to sum up, each teachers not only has to enhance knowledge but also improve personalities to become great teacher.
