Dear Sir Branson,
This letter is to request changing class hours for programming 101 from 10 PM to 8 PM. Majority of projects in this course are done in groups, and lack of enough enrollees due to the late timing of class renders a major obstacle for that goal.
There are only 3 people registered for this course at this time. Since the curriculum is arranged based on group projects of 4 people or more, it's impossible to have any presentable apps by the end of the semester.
The average class size for courses starting at 8 PM is 10 people, while that number falls down to only 5 for courses starting later on during the day. There is a good chance that by bringing hours of programming 101 forward, at least one more student enrolls in the class, hence satisfying the group project head-count requirement.
If such an arrangement cannot be honored or fails to achieve the desired increase in enrollment count, we should cancel this course for this semester.
I highly appreciate your time and consideration of this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Kurt Douglas
