You travel by bus every weekday morning, and you always use the same bus route. Recently the bus has not been reliable. It sometimes comes late and for the last few mornings it has not stopped when you hailed it. No change of schedule has been advertised. You have also noticed that the bus is far dirtier than it used to be.
Write to the bus company, explain the situation and tell them what you want them to do?
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I am a regular commuter of the bus route from “Westland to Parklane” for the last one year. Recently, I have noticed a few problems with the bus service, and the travelers are being affected because of these.
Let me explain to you that from the last week, the morning bus didn’t show up on time at the designated station. As a result, I arrived late at the office and this problem is becoming persistent. Furthermore, yesterday the bus didn’t stop at its usual station despite my repeated signals and I was constrained to take a taxi to get to my destination. What surprises me even further that there is no change of bus schedule announced either on your website or on the bus station.
In addition to this, the cleanliness situation is deteriorated as compared to past. Perhaps, the drive is not taking the bus to the service station and driving on the route without getting it serviced. The dirty condition of the floor and seats make the passengers uncomfortable which might be bad for the reputation of your company.
I would request you to kindly direct your services staff to ensure strict adherence to the timing and also ensure clean/service the buses before driving on the route.
Thank you for your consideration
Yours faithfully,
