The given bar graphs illustrate how the number of people who possess computer varied by educational level, and between period 2002 and 2010.
To begin with, according to the chart which was classified by period, it is clearly seen that the figure of people who have a computer had been increasing as time goes by. The percentages of population had been expanding stably from 2002 to 2010. Approximately 70 per cent people possessed a computer in 2010.
Meanwhile, according to the bar chart by education level, it seems that the percentages of population had been rising up steadily as people get higher education level. The highest figure was postgraduate qualification at around 80% and 90% in 2002 and 2010 respectively. The lowest percentage was no high school diploma at about 15%, 40% in 2002, 2010 each.
In conclusion, the number of people who own computer tended to grow as time goes by. Furthermore, as people get higher education level, the figure of population increased more and more.
