- briefly describe the new house and garden
- say why you like your new house
Dear Jimmy,
I hope you find this letter in the pink of your health. It was amazing moments we spent the last time we met at your home, last summer. I'm excited to let you know that I'd recently shifted to a new house, which I was searching for the last couple of months. I heartily invite you to stay at my newly rented house. What are you up to for the coming weekend, on 25 October, come and I'm sure we'll have a wonderful time together.
I can't keep calm to explain about the house, it's so beautiful and comfortable. It's in the city centre of the city where all the transport is easily accessible apart from that, society has a beautiful garden as well. The garden is so beautiful and has lots of amenities, such as exercise zone, children's play area and a jogging track too.
Having such a house to live is really a privilege, particularly in the heart of the city. There are many reasons why I like it so much. Firstly, it is well connected by various modes of transport, for example, but, metro and local trains. Secondly, the garden is a place where I not only spend my free time but also for a morning walk and some light exercise to overcome sedentary lifestyle. Lastly, my parents are really adjusted with the locality and enjoying their good time.
I can't wait to see you and give my regards to your mom and dad.
Yours truly,
Kaplan
