Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the study table I had purchased from your Borivali store, which was damaged at the time of delivery. Last Sunday, I visited the store to buy a study desk for my daughter, and one of the sales representatives showcased a variety of them. She really liked the one with the theme of a princess and blue in colour. It was a fantastic piece of furniture, a perfect combination of the quality and value for money. Immediately, I purchased it, the invoice number is KV01529 and promised to be delivered within 3 days.
However, when it arrived at my place, I was totally disappointed, as it was broken. To elaborate further, the chair was having one broken leg and the desk many scratches on it. Being such a big brand, such product quality and service are highly regretted. Moreover, the courier boy was so unprofessional and avoiding my request to talk to his manager.
I would like you to exchange the study table with a new one. Additionally, I had emailed to the head of the quality department about the unpleasant experience.
I am expecting immediate action on this case and like to advise to strengthen the quality check before making a delivery to the customers.
