In period of 1990 to 1995, it is vivid that proportion of the accommodation prices was approximately 1.5% in Frankfurt (Germany) but, in Madrid (Spain) it was accounted for one percent, whereas in other states indicated in negative percentile. The London (U.K) and Tokyo (Japan) was remained same at seven percent. whilst, New York city of USA was exactly five percent.
In contrast to, there was only one city which showed the negative average of estates price, that was Tokyo (Japan) figured for five percentile in 1996 to 2002 ,while the city of United Kingdom, London was substantial highest than others. Although, Frankfurt (Spain) decreased to minority of proportion that was one. Eventually, New York and Madrid had minor difference, the accommodation prices was five percent and 4.5% respectively.
