You would like to buy some electrical goods at a shop in a town which is far from your home.
Write a letter to the manager of the shop. In your letter:
say which electrical goods you want
ask questions about the cost of the goods and how to pay
explain how you will collect the goods.
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear...
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about the availability and some information of TP Link wireless router, model number 4z52,3 and TP Link wireless range extender having model number 5DR.
I will be thankful if you can send me a quotation, mentioning unit price for each item, including all government taxes and delivery charges to Dubai. Furthermore, I will like to know about the warranty details for each product separately and I will be very happy, if you could enclose the specification sheet for the product with the proposal. Also, please include the mode of payment in the quotation, such as, current dated cheque or bank transfer or cash on delivery. Whereas, if the goods are not in the stock, please mention the date of availability of them. Also, are there any extra charges for holding the commodities?
I can collect the goods from the shop itself as I will be visiting the town for work purpose next month.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
James.
