Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the food of this restaurant. In fact, my coworkers and I always have our meal here and we were pleased with the foods and waiters as well. We have always been treated the best way.
Unfortunately, on 28 July, I had a crucial appointment on my office and I did not want to take a risk and try a new one. So, I decided to have a lunch in this well known restaurant. Actually, I was expecting for the best as always but I got really shocked when the food was tasted. To tell the truth, it was so salty and the steak, in spite of our order, which was totally baked, was raw. In addition, the behaviour of the staffs was extremely catastrophic.
I am going to ask you for paying more attention to customers demands if you want to preserve them with the most satisfaction. Also, hiring more educated staffs must be considered.
I would be thankful if you could give your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
FATEMEH BAGHERI.
