You have recently bought a toy online and after receiving it you discovered a problem with it. Write a letter to the online store you bought it from and say:
- Describe the toy
- explain the problem
- suggest how it could be solved
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to regretfully inform you about an issue with my recent purchase from your online store. The item delivered yesterday and unfortunately, I extremely dissatisfied with it because of the issues I have outlined below.
I had ordered was a battery operated red Disney figurine last Thursday. It was meant to be a gift for my son's upcoming birthday next month. However, on unwrapping the package, I found a hairline crack across the face of the action figure. Moreover, the toy seemed used and refurbished. Furthermore, the toy seemed to be non-functional. Initially, I presumed that there could be an issue with batteries but it refused to work even on replacing the batteries with new ones.
I am incredibly disappointed with your quality check, shipping and delivery process. Therefore, I believe that your prestigious organization should rectify this issue immediately by collecting and replacing the delivered doll with a brand new functioning model. Please call or revert to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
Hoping to receive a prompt and favourable response.
Yours sincerely,
Praneet K Nadar
