Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention and show my disillusionment on the toy which I have purchased from your toy shop online.
Let me tell you more in detail, on 23rd may I have placed my order for a toy train, I received it on 27th may. when I unsealed the box I found broken train. I placed an order for the toy tain along with its accessories including tracks. Tracks seems in complete, when I place it on the floor only two tracks I can found.Apparently,it was mentioned online that the toy will include one engine and two following compartment along with four tracks.
I would like to request you, if you could exchanged it with a perfect toy train and with its complete accessories in good working condition or you can refund the amount incase you don't have perfect toy train.
