Dear Mike,
Hope you are doing fine?. it has been a long time since we last met. I wanted to let you know that I have recently moved to a new house, as the previous flat was in the suburbs of the city. Though it was much nicer living there, you could enjoy the peace and tranquillity but commutation was a problem. I had to travel every day like a few hours to reach my office and the market was also inaccessible.
The new house I have moved in is a plush apartment in a high-rise condominium, it is a studio and offers all the modern amenities like 24 hours security, a club with facilities like squash, table-tennis and indoor swimming pool. The best part is that is located in the city centre and very near to my office.
I am throwing a housewarming party this Saturday and you must come. I have also invited my college buddies and it will be great fun.
