The bar chart illustrates the activities of UK graduate and postgraduate students excluding full-time work after passing out from collages in the year 2008.

Overall, it can be seen that after leaving from their institutions most number of students from both categories opted further studies and least preferred to work as a volunteer.

Looking into more details, the figure for students who chose further education after their graduation and post-graduation was highest 2 among all given figures about 29,665 and 2725 respectively. Whereas, about 2535 postgraduates did part-time job after completion of their degree and there were about 17735 graduates in the same category.
On the other hand, after graduation, just above 16000 graduate students were unemployed; however, this figure was much lower after post-graduation which was about 1625.
Furthermore, Students who did voluntary work after passing out work were counted as least numbers among all and were about 3500 graduates and only 345 postgraduates.
