The ever-increasing prominence of work time has aroused the long-lasting controversy as to whether work for longer hours in week or for shorter hours.Although many people adhere to the idea that shorter work hours is more efficient. Since it helps that employee's randemon increases.I resoultely posses the conviction that working three days a week foe long hours is much more better.In the following paragraphs, the most outstanding reasons will be explicated.

The first reason that supports my perspective is concerned with the fact that working only three days a week provides enough leisure time for the employees. In fact, they have enough time to take rest as well as being with their family.Most of the people work for more than five days a week are separated of their social life and just sink into their career lives.take a personal experience as an example, my uncle has worked in a company for two years. Since he was a head-manager he did not have time to spend with his family. After a while, his wife asked for divorce which effected badly on my uncle's job as well.

Another note worthy point to be mentioned is that when the employees are exhausted, their work performance decrees which lead to low efficiency at all. Therefore, business can climb the labor progress sooner if they employee work for shorter period of time in week.Indeed, it increases the teamwork effecency.From my view point the result is attributed to the fact that when member of group work effectively, the entire group utilize it.

In brief, the contemplating all the a foremention reason lead us to the conclusion that working for three hours a day for longer time is better than working five days a week in short time. The more the employee rest, the better their jobs consequences.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

It is not exactly right on the topic in the view of e-grader. Maybe there is a wrong essay topic.
