The chart below shows how frequently people in the USA ate in fast food restaurants between 2003 and 2013.

The bar chart illustrates how often Americans had fast food in restaurants from 2003 to 2013. It is clear that the majority of people ate fast food once a week or once or twice a month.
Starting with America people who had fast food everyday, several times a week, once a week and never, the number showed a downward trend. Though the percentage of fast food lovers who ate them several times a week rose from 31% to 33% in 2006, it fell down to 28% in 2013. The same trend can be seen in that of people who did it several times a week but it changed more slighlty.Unlikely, the number of people who never had fastfood or had it on a daily basis first decreased slighlt in 2006 and then remained stable in 2013 (less than 5%).
Turning now to the frequency of eating fast food once or twice a month and a few times a year, the decade witnessed a rise of the proportion of it. The number of who bought fast food in restaurant once or twice a month fluctuated, falling to the bottom out at 25% in 2006, surpassing that of other frequency and rising to biggest percentage of 33% in 2013. However, the percentage of Americans seldom ate fastfood rose from 13%to 15% in 2006 and kept unchanged in 2013.
